The Delivery Model for Continuing Education that meets the Requirements of our Time
The Ohio State University SIMCenter came together with SMS_ThinkTank in a new partnership to offer an online Systems Modeling and Simulation SMS continuing education program.
The new program is the extended online version of a course typically offered live by SMS_ThinkTank and will be delivered using a mix of asynchronous course delivery with synchronous meetings throughout the program’s two-week period.
“SIMCenter’s role is to develop these courses for online delivery,” said Emily Nutwell, Research Specialist at the SIMCenter. “These courses offer a business perspective of simulation and modeling and align well with SIMCenter course offerings, which address technical knowledge and understanding of simulation and modeling topics.”
